All New Client Appointments
For our new clients in order to secure an appointment a valid credit/debit card is required to be held on file. We would only charge this card if the client is not compliant with our cancelation policy.
We accept payment in the form of cash, credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). If you need financing, you can find that on our website through Parasail.
At the Aesthetic Center we strive to ensure the utmost positive and enjoyable experience for our clients and team members. We understand that sometimes there are unavoidable circumstances that can conflict with your scheduled appointments and would cause you the need to cancel your appointment. As a courtesy to our other guest and team members, we ask that any cancellations and rescheduling be given 24 hours’ notice of your appointment time. Any cancellation made after the 24-hour required cancellation period will be subject to a $50 charge on the credit card we have on file. Please know that rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice is the same as cancelling as we are still unable to offer that appointment time to another client. The Aesthetic Center offers an email and text reminder for your scheduled appointments However; the client is ultimately responsibly to remember appointment.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our providers schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
To ensure timely service to each of our guests, we may need to abbreviate or reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment.
Deposits for Extended Appointments
A deposit of $100 is required to reserve appointments for eyelash extensions and teeth whitening services. This deposit will be held and used toward these services on the day of your appointment. In the event of a cancellation for these long appointment blocks a 24-hour notice is required to receive a full deposit refund
